A Superb Kadhai: Vinod 24cm 3.2L
I had ordered several 24cm kadhais from Vinod & Bergner and I found Vinod 24cm 3.2L Kadhai to be the best in terms of depth and build quality.Bergner's offering with the same specs was also excellent and Rs.500 cheaper but it's handles and screws on both body of the kadhai and lid fell short upon inspection (I believe it was last year's model)Therefore, I returned the other kadhais and kept Vinod 24cm 3.2L. The cooking experience is great. Ideal when cooking for 4-5 people. Highly recommended from my side.

Heavy Duty Kadai
This kadai works beautifully if you know how to heat it properly. I'm trying to replace my non-stick pans with these. I have bought in 3 sizes and use them regularly. They wash up well. No stains or pitting.
