Unknown language on the bottle
Ordered in England. Item came from Bulgaria. All text of label on the bottle are in different language so difficult to know the recommended dose etc. Too early to tell the effectiveness of this tablet as I just started using it. I can feel it reduce minor bloating but not sure how effective it would be in the long run. Thanks for reading the review.

Gave me stomach cramps
I bought these to help with my bloating. Omg had the worst stomach cramps and trapped wind, I had to stop after 4 days as it was so bad
