Dracast LED1000 Kala Bi-Color LED Panel

My DraCast KALA1000B just came in. I mean UPS literally just left my door step. I immediately cut the box open and everything seemed great. I picked it up, and it was very well built. The case seems firm and secure, soI was feeling great. Then I turned the light on and immediately noticed that the digital display in the back was crooked. What a bummer right? But it doesn’t end there. Then I noticed that there were NO BARNDOORS in my package— which was suppose to be included. Another bummer! Lastly, after looking around the light I started to feel like, although I ordered a brand new product, this product looked used. There was dust and marks around the LEDs and the diffusion cast was a bit dirty “I cleaned it after discovery”.Moreover, the light does it job. Great quality of light, built like a tank, and functional. Now, where they when wrong was the poor quality control. Forgetting to put barndoors in the packaging and a dirty product— seems unacceptable if you ask me. So, don’t blame the light, blame the poor folks who decided to send me the one that was placed all the way in the back— for a reason.Hope that helps!

Power Adapter broke after 6 months - I have to pay ridiculous costs for shipping. Cost of repair is apparently covered by warranty, but it seems they're making up for it in their shipping costs.
