Why Buy Shorter Tees
Great because you can always push it down further.

Broke a bunch
Seemed to break a bunch of them.

Weak, splits even with good upward swings.
a bit shorter and skinnier than the pro. The material used is also softer and lighter.at almost the same price, I'm going back to the pride pro. After a few rounds, the experience confirmed my suspicions... These tees are very weak, and break almost every time even with well stuck swings that would leave the better tee intact, the shock of some contact at the top of the tee would cause it to split.Definitely not worth it. But the way, the words hard wood merely refers to trees with a certain structure, but they can be quite soft like poplar or balsam, which I suspect this tee is made from. Soft wood like Douglas fir would be much more durable, same as a weed like bamboo. So saying this tee is made from hard wood isn't saying anything pertaining to it's durability.

Crooked tees...?
Nice tees - hard to find 4" ones. However a lot of mine were really crooked. Not just sort of crooked, but really quite bent. They worked fine enough for a craft project but for golfing the crookedness could be an issue!

Large headed drivers require long tees.
I like the length of the tees. Often they snap while teeing off, though that is as much a function of how hard the ground is vis a vis the strength of the tees.

Easy to Snap but ...
They're wood; wood tees can/do snap. Great price and quick delivery.

Breaks after only a few drives
Let's face it. You want to buy these tees because for whatever reason, you tee the ball really high. Well, after you break a tee on the first drive, you feel like you might have wasted some money. That'll happen quite often with these. I suppose there's really no way around it. They're super long tees so they're bound to break quicker. If you need 4" tees, I definitely recommend plastic ones. With plastic tees, I usually only go through about 2 per round. These tees I go through about 1 every other hole.
