Great product to suggest
I am happy with this product as the idea of the product to push and improve the muscle tone.

Very stiff action, tough workout
I can't comment on ease of assembly- my wife did it, she's a genius. The product looks great, and it is very sturdy and well-made. There is one thing potential buyers should be aware of- the action is very stiff, I'd say stiffer than the maximum 10 setting on top of the range gym rowers, and there is no damper so it cannot be adjusted. What is more, the flywheel doesn't build up momentum, so with each pull, it returns almost to stop before you've got back to your start position. As a result the action is very different to top of the range rowers. It will do what I want and deliver a workout for those muscle groups, provided I keep the cadence very low indeed. Any quicker than about 20 a minute and the resistance becomes too great even for a large person like me to shift it. I'm happy with it because of the price I paid (the price seems to have risen already, just a few days later) and it is a value purchase compared to top of the range machines. I'd say that this will offer a value workout for people who are pretty strong and large already- I think novice indoor rowers will struggle with the stiffness of the action.

Don’t waste your time or money
If Zero star was available that’s what this deserves. The only good thing about it is that it was delivered in good time during lockdown.Otherwise, there are a host of issues:1. Looks nice in pictures, close up build quality is not great and has a cheap feel2. Holes where the two pieces (fan unit & rail) have to be screwed together are not aligned accurately, hence one joined together the full piece is bent and one leg sits a few mm’s in the air3. Seat wobbles4. Connecting to devices via Bluetooth was a challenge to start with, completely stopped working after a few short sessions5. Less than a month of using and the resistance on the rope has gone and judders all the time as if the pulleys are square instead of circularIn short, given the price you would expect a lot better than just getting a few gentle rows out of it before risking causing yourself injury and then having to chuck it away.

Too tight to operate
So hard to use very stiff and can't do a proper workout.
