Works great
The connectivity over bluetooth is very easy and convenient. Using the software via the QR code is nearly impossible. However, it works perfectly with the free version of carscanner from carscanner.info

Unusable
The unit I received came with a CD, no way to read it, no printed instructions. Does not come on when plugged in. Lights and panel is on the wrong side so had to use a mirror to find out it does not work.How can this company make money paying for shipping both ways when they know their product does not work?Sending it back at their expense.Waste of both our times.

I was able to reset check engine light
Instructions as well as android, ios, and windows apps are on mini disc. Also they say it works with Scanmaster and a few other apps available on google play store.

Terrible
In order to use this product you must sign on to either there monthly service or Annual service. And product screwed up my computer chip. I highly dont recommend this product

Disk broken, can’t figure out how to use it
Disk broken, and it doesn’t appear on my Bluetooth so I can connect to it, there for can’t use it, waist of money.
