There are lots of companies selling this supplement but Puritan's pride seems to be one of the better ones. There are a few others of better quality with less additives and more pure but those are too pricey. This was prescribed for heart health for me but I've also read where those people who suffer migraines might benefit but as I don't suffer with those I can't confirm. Might be worth adding this if it helps migraines as I know family members who suffer with these and they are brutal.Back to this product and my usage, I see no specific effects but as I take a statin the goal is to replace what the statin removes and as we get older we produce less of this enzyme according to the supplement info and my doctor.....I have to take their word for it....but no ill effects or side effects or allergies for me so it's an easy one to add to my morning routine. I've been taking this for several months and so far no complaints.

Excellent product, I find that for me it works just as well as more expensive brands. I take it for my statin side effects and it works great.

Product does what it’s supposed to do. Most people take this supplement because a medication they are on makes it necessary. Check with your doctor first before taking any supplement.
