Great pad, but perhaps a little too firm for me
I've used a Tush Cush off and on for years, due to a back problem. They're absolutely fantastic. When my husband started working from home so many hours, due to the pandemic, his home office chair just didn't cut it, and set his back problems off. (Well, excessive yard work didn't help either.) I got him this extra firm extra large Tush Cush, but it was actually just a bit too firm. He's almost six feet tall and weighs about 300, so I thought firmer would be better, but no such luck. I think next time, I will buy him the standard cushion. As the mom of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! Could be thicker, but works quite well
My first one was either stolen or lost in the mail, so it took a bit to actually get a replacement. I'm satisfied enough that I like it. Working from home has made me have to sit a lot more, and my rather large backside couldn't handle much more without some sort of support. I double it up with a Purple brand seat cushion, and together they're ideal. One or the other just wasnt enough for me.

Very comfortable with support
It says it "Extra Firm" and it is compared to other seat cushions I've used. It isn't what I would call "hard" though. It's comfortable for me through an 8 hour shift as a 210 lbs guy with a bony butt. The cutout in the back is nice for the handle and seems to be designed to give a space for your butt bone, but that does make the back slightly less supportive. Still, it does raise me up a bit, tilt me forward a bit, and is still comfortable. The best seat cushion I've used!

big-ass version but works niceley
this is the big-ass version, just so that you know. it works pretty decently if you want a medium type firmness. i'd order again but for a smaller butt.

Best cushion if you suffer from low back pain.
Great cushion for the car if you have low back pain. Eliminates pressure into the low spine while your sitting or driving. I also use mine when I do computer work. I was hurt in 1992, tried many products. This product is the only one that really works. All the others were a waste of money. I recommend this product all the time!

Great it so far
Been using this for a few months and it gives me just the right height increase and hip tilt for my workspace ergonomics. I flip it once a week to keep it from developing a permanent dip. We'll see how long it lasts.

This is not extra firm at all
You advertised this as extra firm for people over 200lbs. It is not extra firm at all. It flattens out and does not offer support. It should have high density foam in it but doesn't.

Quality made but it didn't work for me.
Returned item. Butt and thighs hurt when trying to sleep with it on a chair. It slants and that could be the reason why it wasn't a good fit for me.
