I have no idea what the complaints are about. I have bought this brand before. This was beyond perfect! It was in a roll, like all carpets that are shipped. It was not folded. I have put it in place today, and the rolled edge is already flattening out. It is just part of the process! I bought a 6x9.. it was not wrinkled. And the design of this type is NEVER even. It is part of the art work. The picture to me shows that clearly. AAAAAAA PLUS TO THIS COMPANY!

I’m using this rug under my 54” square dining table, and it’s the perfect fit! The soft, muted pattern adds a touch of elegance without overpowering the space. It brightens up the room and complements my furniture beautifully. It did arrive with some wrinkles, but they relaxed after a few days as expected. The quality is great, and it handles dining room traffic well. Very happy with this purchase!

I purchased an 8x10 and though its not quite 8' wide, it is a perfect fit for my bedroom with a king bed. It was very light and easy for me to setup on my own. It is thinner than the Galaxy rug that I previously purchased from Safavieh, but that actually made it easier for me to handle alone. I unrolled the rug and then re-rolled it in the opposite direction and left it like that for a day or two, which was really helpful in getting it to lay flat. You may need to roll the edges by hand if they are turning up. Two days after placing it, it is now lying perfectly flat. I'm not using a pad with it. The rug is really stylish, yet neutral, soft to walk on, and doesn't shed. My robot vacuum has no problem on it. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, and the price makes it a no-brainer.

This rug is beautiful. I ordered the black/ivory. The black /ivory colors are true exact. The black is very dark and the ivory is a very light greyish beige whitish. That being said it’s a true IVORY. The rug is lays flat and a thinner rug that’s not bulky. This is what I love about it The 5x7.6”looks very pretty under my table. Actually a tad bigger than a regular 5x7” rug that’s not bulky most companies sale. Lots of compliments!!!! Also I had previously ordered the Black/grey. However, I returned it because it was more GRAY than black. Glad I ordered this one. Will be purchasing another one for my foyer. Just get it, you’ll love it.Gorgeous rug!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful, soft & just as described. A little lumpy but flattens out in time. Designed to be more faded in some areas. Love it!

This carpet runner is very pretty and the colors were exactly what I was looking for. However, the runner is very thin. I purchased 2 and will keep them because they were not very expensive.

I absolutely loved the look of this rug when I first got it—the design is beautiful, and it added a nice touch to my space. However, after a year of use in a high-traffic area, it has become pretty matted down and dingy-looking. The fibers don’t hold up well to frequent foot traffic, and it’s lost a lot of its original appeal. If you're planning to place it in a low-traffic area, it might be a great choice, but for heavy-use spaces, I wouldn’t recommend it. Unfortunately, in those cases, it ends up feeling like a waste of money.
