The ones that look like they have a sparkly cap is misleading. Mine were almost clear. You couldn't see the color when I had them on. I also think they were small for a 8mm*Update* I ordered the 10mm. So the same stands for the sparkly ones, but I got a better picture. My picture with the blue is a 8mm and the black is the 10mm. These are super comfortable. I actually love them other than the weird sparkly ones which were disappointing. I put the comparisons between the 8 and 10 on there. I have a small nose and deviated septum. The 8mm barely fit and we're painful for me. The 10mm are amazing and we're super easy to get in. Great starter pack.

This is no way surgical steel. I have to have “real” jewelry or my body rejects it and I can get infections and irritations. I put one of these in and over night I woke up with the worst pain in my nose and swelling. As soon as I put my old one back in. It went away. So if you have allergy problems and need real surgical steel please don’t order these. But if you can handle any jewelry then this should be fine for you! I’m only giving 1 star because over night it irritated me so badly that my nose was throbbing. 😬😬

At first I really liked these. It’s a white variety for a great price and they didn’t irritate my nose. However, now all of the balls keep breaking in half. One will randomly come lose and then when I try to tighten it it actually breaks in half and makes that piece of jewelry virtual useless. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it has now happened with the last 4 pairs I’ve worn within 2 days of putting it in. It comes with a few extra balls which is why I’ll still give it 2 stars, but they’re not the right colors and honestly if this keeps happening at this rate it’s not going to help much. A great variety at a great price is perfect, but it kind of defeats the point of they’re all going to break within 2 days anyway.

So at first I got the 8mm, and they did NOT fit my nose so I have them to a friend.I read all the reviews and saw that people thought the 8mm were too small, but of course I ignored it & they showed up too small lol....BUT the 10mm fit PERFECTLY. It’s been almost 2 months and NONE of the balls have broken like some others have reviewed. The screws also have stayed tight.I probably should also mention that packaging was great, I like the little black bag it comes with. They also delivered on time!

I love them! Cute and easy to twist on. Came with extra beads too! I was getting them for my septum and got 8mm because I wasn't sure what size jewelry I needed/wanted, this size was too small for my liking so I will be buying the 10mm! Coke cap for comparison.

If you like a comfortable snug fit, then these are the go to choice for your septum. I bought these hoping they would be a little more snug than the original jewelry that I was pierced with, and they were.. they come in a variety of colors, so the options are great. The ones I ordered were 16g 8mm. Very sturdy and easy to thread the balls on the end.

Love them! Very pleased. I bought them for my septum abd for my teen daughters ears. The price and the qty is a great deal. I usually buy 1 or 2 at the piercing/tattoo shop for more than what this cost including shipping. I plan on buy the other two style packets as well.
