Q: Will it take the weight and tyres of a 1996 kawasaki vn800 b classic ?

I use it for my 04 VN 800 rear tyre. It does the job albeit a little stiff. I was expecting the roller to be quite fluid, although this issue could be because of the side stand. Worth buying to assist in chain maintenance

Q: My Triumph Street scrambler has thin spikes. Would you recommend using this product taking into consideration the force being used to turn the wheel?

Not being familiar with “spikes”. What I can say is that once on the rollers and side stand down the bike doesn’t move. The wheel does not spin freely but does move a bit of a time with two hands then say spray your chain and move it some more until rotation complete. The size of roller depends on your tyre width. Most people seem to go for the larger roller. Hope this helps

I would definitely get the bigger one. I used the bigger one on my Kawasaki Z1000SC and would not fancy using the smaller one. One thing to note, if the Africa Twin has off road tyres it will not turn so well as the chunky grooves will catch in the roller. The Goldwing is a big beast so I’m not sure how well it will work, the roller looks strong enough it’s just that the weight adds to the amount of friction. Good luck and best regards, Adam.

I am not sure about this one but the one i bought had metal rollers in it, and it is a good item i have a Hayabusa and it holds it no problem.
