I bought this cream since I have some mild rosacea on my face and wanted something that would bring down the red on my face. I use it once after shaving and once before I go to bed and I have noticed it has decreased the red on my face. To be fair, it doesn’t completely get rid of it, but it does a fairly good job of decreasing that red, which makes me self-conscious and the best thing is that it goes on and isn’t greasy like a lot of other lotions when I would use lotions, I would always leave greasy spots on my pillow or clothes and this has never done that and I think that’s a really great advantage. One final thing is that it does not have ascent so when you use it, no one will know that is on.

For my complexion, it has helped more with dry skin areas versus lessening redness. My wife also is using it for the same reason.

There are lotions that are labeled "odorless" and they still have a chemical smell, just not fragrance. Then there's this lotion that is LITERALLY "odorless"!!! No chemical smell, no fragrance, literally nothing. No smell at all, like if someone were holding it under my nose, and I had my eyes closed, I wouldn't know they were holding it under my nose. As for how it works, well, ........it doesn't seem to work drastically. The rosacea on my cheeks, forehead, & bridge of my nose, & under my eyes, has been clearing up daily. It's been several days of use of this lotion. I don't use a lot because it seems a little goes a long way. I use the amount of half the size of an English green pea. It feels greasy for hours after I apply & rub in. To me, it's more of a moisturizer than a medicine. Still, I wash my face off after 3 days of use. I usually stay home for days at a time without wearing makeup, so this lotion would have a chance to work on my rosacea, but it just doesn't seem to be making that big of a difference. I might attribute the clearing of the rosacea to the moisturizing part of this lotion other than the herbs or healing medicine in it. Maybe even the lack of fragrance might be what's clearing up my skin. Who knows, but I can seem to give the credit to the lotion. I will continue use, until I make up my mind. I might have to wait until another breakout of rosacea to test it again. For the current breakout I'm having, I'm just unsure.

Great product I would use even on the most sensitive skin. I even gave some to my son for his first child, this product is a winner. I couldn't find anything to help a rash on my stomach, nothing helped even prescription. This took it away within a week. It didn't sting or have any bad side effects are smell. Thank you.

I’m only giving 4 stars because I bought from reading other reviews that it helps with redness and rosacea. It does not, at least not for my mild case. It is however a GREAT moisturizer! I’ve been using for several months and it’s great for my sensitive skin and does not leave it feeling oily at all.
