Highly recommend this air mattress
Awesome air mattress! I bought three for our family and we used them camping every other weekend last summer and they are holding up just like new. Three of the camping trips were backpacking trips and the mattresses are lightweight and compact enough to fit in a pack. They inflate with a few breaths and deflate completely with ease. I’m 52 and I was a little concerned about the temperature next to Lake Michigan in May and also comfort, the insulated air mattress helped to keep warm and is comfortable enough that we plan on using them again this summer’s camping season.

Great and Rugged
Used this for an army exercise. It was great. Very comfortable, easy to use, compact, durable. Only issue is the inflate/deflate valve popped out, its easy to put back in, but it was an unexpected thing. Still 5 stars in my book.Update 1 Year later: Still a great product. Used it in multiple exercises at this point and a few personal camp outings. Still no issue (i somehow lost the compression bag it goes it tho). Its quick to inflate, doesn't deflate super quick though. I do "force air out" but i don't do it too hard for fear of cause a hole or busting a seam. I do notice that when i shift my weight or sit up on this pad, I hear a squeak now. Not sure what causes it, or if its signs of a developing problem. Still doesn't leak though. I tested this down to 7 degrees F (-14C). I could feel the cold radiating through the pad. Even in my -40F sleep system. It kind of sucked, but at those temperatures i probably should be using a different product. Still not disappointed. Still recommend.

Great sleeping pad, will save your back
I bought the Klymit Static V sleeping pad about 2 1/2 years ago for my time in the Marine Corps in place of our issued sleep pad and have used it numerous times. It is exponentially more comfortable than typical foam sleeping mats and traps heat incredibly well, protecting you from the cold Earth at night. It packs down very small and is very light weight, I rolled it right inside of my sleeping system for storage when hiking to new bivouac sites. The fabric is sturdy and does not tear easily, I’ve not had any tears or damage to the pad so far. There are a few downsides that I found while using. The inflation/deflation port is strange and a little weird to get used to, however it works rather well and doesn’t allow air out or in unless you want it to. When sleeping on the pad, it makes a relatively noisy squeaking sound when settling in and any movement causes additional noise- if noise discipline matters for your application. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this product for avid backpackers or military service members that want to save their backs.

Great product, highly recommend especially when its on sale!
I've always been one to use an air mattress when camping, but when flying to a camping destination/ arriving late at night to a site and not wanting to wake the whole campground with the sound of the pump: I needed another option. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a go and I'm glad we did! This pad takes up less room than a pair of sweatpants and is really easy and quick to inflate. I only had one issue with it and that was a user error. It's a bit hard to properly close once completely inflated and I learned that the hard way, I thought I had it closed, but until you hear the snap its not... I woke up 2 times that night and had to re inflate, after the second time I pushed that sucker HARD and that's when I heard the snap and realized OHHHH... okay user error haha I've never had the same problem. We now have two and they BOTH fit into our tent bag along with the tent/poles etc... lightweight, comfy, takes up very little space and keeps me warm and off the ground. I read that this one often goes on sale so I snagged it up when it was on sale, highly recommend!!

Simple flip valve repair for this great product
Took this on a long bike trip through several states towards the end of the fall season. It held up through the rough terrain without punctures. On regular beds, I wake up with muscle pain, but after some very tough days on my trip, this helped me heal overnight and by the morning time, I woke without pain. It's a very good investment.I kept using this on top of my mattress when I got home, it's that good. Unfortunately, it somehow sprung a slow leak. I set it aside until I could afford another one or find a way to repair this one and suffered a month or two on my regular bed. Finally just figured out the problem and solution. It didn't seem likely it was punctured, so concentrated on the valve. Filled it up and listened to hear a low hiss of air escaping around that area. Confirmed with a little bit of soapy water and could see it was around the outside of the plastic spinner.I was going to email for a replacement, but it does look fine and without wear. I just popped the piece out of its socket and put it into a ziplock bag. Then I cut a hole on the bottom so air could get in and after popping the spinner back into it's socket, cut the rest of the bag off. It effectively created a seal around the spinner. So glad this thing is back in action! It's a very good product.

Now Made in China; Quality Greatly Decreased
My husband had this model from this brand that he purchased in 2022 and I’ve used his pad and loved it so I decided to buy my own. Same brand. Same model. I ordered this product and first used it a week or so after purchasing it. It didn’t hold air throughout the night. It almost was completely deflated when I woke up. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I gave it another shot when we went camping a few weeks later. Same problem as before. Again, my husband has the same model from the same company that he bought in 2022 and it’s great! But the quality of the material on his is higher (even has cross stitching in his material whereas mine doesn’t have that re-enforcement built into the fabric) and it wasn’t made in China like mine was. Also, his pad has a patent still pending tag on it and mine does as well 2 years later, for what it’s worth. Overall I’m disappointed that the quality decreased so much in just a couple years. Would return if the window to return was still open.
