Leukocytes reading makes no sense
I see that the color of the leukocyte portion of the test strips, before using, is purple. In other words, the color is purple, the same as the "small" or "70" indication on the bottle chart. I can't be sure if that is normal, but the following is definitely a problem:I get the same exact reading "Moderate" or "125" on Leukocytes no matter if the test strip was dipped into distilled water, tap water or urine! That doesn't seem right to me at all! And if, by some chance, this is still considered normal, there is still another big problem: The reading for leukocytes on a competing product, JNW Direct UTI, shows completely normal. So that leaves me with the conclusion that my purchase of URS-11 is either defective, damaged or poorly designed. There are some problems with some of the other colors too. The color of my ketone readings does not even come close to matching any of the colors for ketones on the chart. Also, I can't get a close match on glucose readings either.UPDATE: Did some research on this and found out that the leukocyte test pads should be *white* before use. Mine were not white, but were *purple*, before use, and turned a darker purple when used. The reading was incorrect and in conflict with leukocyte readings I've gotten from other test strips. The other test strips showed negative leukocytes. Here is something that everyone might want to know:I had two bottles of these test strips. After opening the second bottle, I see that the leukocyte pads are white like they are supposed to be. So the first bottle was bad. But why was it bad? Does just opening the bottle ruin the strips? Both bottles have the following information on the box tops:LOT: 2019081101MFG: AUG/11/2019EXP: AUG/10/2021So you can see that the product should have normally been good until August 10, 2021. Today is August 27, 2020. I can assure everyone that I only opened the bottle for a few seconds whenever I needed to take out a test strip for a test.Checking into this some more, I see that *several* other test pads were discolored, besides the leukocyte test pad.The only conclusion I can come to is that these test strips go bad far too quickly.UPDATE: I emailed the manufacturer and here is their reply:Hi Richard,Thanks for reaching out! We're happy to assist you with your 11 parameter strips. Can you confirm how long ago you opened the seal on the bottle that went bad? Please note that the 2 year expiration is for the sealed bottle. Once the strips have been opened, the strips are good for about 60 days.Looking forward to your response. Thanks!Kind Regards,Charmine CutinMed Lab DiagnosticsCustomer ServiceAnyway, the strips spoil after the seal on the bottle is broken. You're paying for 155 strips, so you'd better be using over 2 strips a day unless you want to throw a bunch of these things out after 60 days.

Ok, not better
Found inconsistency in strips determined by method recommended by manufacturer. As soon as opened and inspected there was obvious color variations. Instructions also state that after opening, the strips are only good for 60 days. In a package of 100 the strips should be individual foil packs of maybe 10. Such a waste.

Waste of money! Read the reviews.
This picture says it all. Not accurate and will be reporting. Only had these open for 3 weeks and opened and found the test strips discolored today! The reading colors from the strips aren’t even on the bottle! Water even turns the strips to show infection.

NOT RELIABLE
They come in two foil-sealed packages. So, I opened one pouch with a hole large enough to get out one test strip at a time. I only opened them when I was going to use them. The very first test showed that the patient had 500 cacells/ul (which is the largest amount on the spectrum). She had never tested positive for this with my previous test strips from another company. . So we re-tested the same sample...same results. We gave advice for treatment, then tested again two weeks later...same results. During that time, every patient that we tested also had the same results. So, I opened the other foil-sealed pouch and began using those. I am meticulous when using these products because I know they are moisture sensitive. The first few patients that we tested, all was well. Then, like overnight, every patienet tested positive for 500 cacells/ul. I don't believe anyone could be more careful. I went back and purchased (not on Amazon) the Urinalysis product that I had previously been using and when stay with that product from now on. BUYER BEWARE!! I hate that I continued to use the product until it was too late to return.

If you take vitamin C regularly...
These are great strips. If you take vitamin c regularly you will see its level reflected in the ascorbate reading. Why? Because it is important to know that a urine sample with ascorbate aka vitamin C, can make for a false reading of your blood, glucose, nitrite, and bilirubin sections of the strip.I have consistent pale pink reading on the leukocyte part of the strip. Thus the 4 start not 5 star review. It should be beige. Also colors tend to run on an occasional strip. Keep flat after dipping and tap after dipping. This solves the color running issue. These strips are cheap cheap but good enough.
