This is hard to find in grocery stores where I live in California even though they seem to have all kinds of other basics for southern Louisiana cooking. This is a must have for shrimb, crab, corn on the cob, small whole potatoes, etc. I'm from Louisiana and this helps me experience a little bit of home a few times a year :)

Great product

I used the Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish Boil as the base for my latest boil and mixed in the Zesty Citrus Booster, extra spicy boil, and some liquid crab boil. The combo was perfect—tons of flavor, solid heat, and the crawfish came out just right. This boil mix is always a reliable go-to and holds up well whether you're keeping it classic or mixing things up. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It’s a staple for a reason.

Must have for any crawfish and shrimp boil. It adds another depth of flavor when cooking up a feast.

This stuff is great. I used it for a crayfish boil and realized it would also be great for corn on the cob, artichokes, or pretty much anything you boil or steam. Really great flavor and you can use as much or little as you care to.
