great sound for cheap headphones but not much more.
other than expecting linguine and instead getting fettuccine, these fit nicely in my ears and manage to stay in despite their shallow depth. the sound is decent; highs are a little harsh but low end is controlled and mids play smoothly, resulting in an overall warm sound that's not too overly colored. great price and build quality to play the role of commuter or workout headphones if your activities don't require a wireless headset.only blemish is the remote. it sucks. the play button, while it works, is rather finicky when double and triple clicking to change tracks. but again, these were bought with the full intention of being a disposable, beater set of headphones and they serve that purpose nicely.

Cables too long
These are my 2nd pair of nocs. I had a great experience with the first pair but I lost it and wanted the same sounding nocs with my 2nd pair. After hearing that nocs now make these with flat cables, I jumped on the chance and upgraded to this new version. After receiving and testing them out for more then 6 months I have to admit I like my original nocs a lot better than these flat cable versions. The sounds were great but the length of these cables are extremely long where it becomes very cumbersome to manage. I like to run with my earphones and the weight and extra length of these flat cables would get all over the place and eventually drag the earbuds out of my ear. There have been times where the cable would get caught on my arm and again pull the earbuds out of my ear. Its not a good sensation. While as much as I like the products that nocs make, these were quite a disappointment.

Allows a lot of back ground noise. But the sound quality is good for the price.

I like them
Sound great. On my set the mini Jack needs to be spun in the socket sometimes to get the mic to work.

Disappointing
The earbuds keep popping off my ear, even the smallest one. If I stick them in closer to my eardrums they are not comfortable to use.

Might be the best buds with mic under $15 across the whole internet. Already lost them but would buy again.

Yuck 😝
Yikes they sound bad, tried to give to my kid and she listened and gave them back. Only kept ear tips.
