Buy the next size up
Ordered my shoe size (5) and a pair for my Son (size 7).First impression was that they were quite hard. Placed my set in my trainers and found that they do slide forward so you have to make sure when you put your foot in that it stays in the correct place. They felt odd to start with as you feel taller but within a few hundred metres of walking my arches were in pain and felt on fire with every step. I persevered for a few days thinking you had to get used to them but my Son reported the exact same problems with his pair. He took his out as they had made a huge blister on the arch of his foot. I also took my pair out but decided to try his pair which were bigger and what a difference it made, my feet fit perfectly with the insole and I had no pain. Fast forward a few weeks and I can easily walk 3miles.Sorry for the long winded review but if you are going to buy these then I suggest you buy the next size up to ensure a good fit. I gave 3 stars as was annoyed at the poor fit.

Best thing since sliced bread!
I was sceptical when I ordered these, but after months of agony when walking I was willing to try almost anything. The Dr suggested them as I have Plantar Fasciitis. Within a couple of days I noticed a difference, I still have some pain, but not nearly a quarter as much as I did.It may sound daft but I mainly use them in my slippers around the house, as they are the footwear I wear most often and they are so comfortable you don't know they are there, but the difference they make to walking is amazing, (just reading that sounds crass) but it truly is.I have ordered more in order to save having to keep swapping them into my outdoor shoes. But cannot recommend these enough to anyone suffering this awful foot pain.

great support and relieved pain at an amazing price.
I have bought many insoles that claim to support arches that cost a great deal more than these that didn't do the job. But I purchased two pairs of these on the off chance that they would work and if they didn't at this price I wouldn't feel robbed however after just one day of wearing them the pain in my heels and ankles has all but gone. They are as good if not better than others I have paid a lot more for. I would definitely recommend these if you have fallen arches and suffer from pain. Well worth the money. Will be ordering more so I can have a pair in all shoes rather than having to change them every time I change footwear.

Work just as well as the more expensive ones
After paying both £20+ and £30+ previously for branded insoles for my flat feet I purchased these along with a more expensive pair thinking even if they didn't last long or hold up well that I hadn't wasted much money on having an extra pair.Very surprised at how well they stack up next to the branded pair, work just as well and seem sturdy and well made, I am thinking of just purchasing these ones from now on. Great value for money and at this price can afford to have a couple of pairs so I don't have to keep swapping them out of different shoes. They are a little more chunky than previous ones but that hasn't put me off at all and is really only noticeable when you first put them in as you soon get used to them.

Keep buying them
I have back and knee problems and have been told by a consultant I have very flat feet. I bought some orthotics from my physio for around £40 to see if they'd help before spending a lot on custom made. The generic ones are fine and these appear to be exactly the same. I'm shoe size 3.5 and they help my shoes fit by taking up a bit of space. I've got 4 or 5 pairs now as I like to have them in different pairs of shoes and slippers. They're very firm and comfy and easy to wash and dry. They also don't seem to lose their shape or degrade over time as I've had some for about 5 years and they're no different from the new ones.

These feel very comfy indeed...
Been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for a while now and bought these insoles to help with it. Early days yet but suffice to say they feel great, don't move within my trainers and I think the problem is starting to go away (fingers crossed).

Slide forward in your footwear
I bought these due to suffering horrendous heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I thought looking at the picture that they had a very thick cushioned heel part, but it is in fact a very deep heel cup - not great as my heel still feels as if it's flat on the floor when I wear it. The other issue is due to them being 3/4 length, when I push my feet into my shoes, the orthotics slide forward too so they are not in the right place. If they were to stay put, I do think they would feel comfortable. Currently I've put them in my slippers as they're easier to adjust back to the correct position, and my slippers do need extra support on the heel part.

Fanatic and comfortable.
My wife and I both suffer from plantar fasciitis and have tried lots of so called specialist supports with no success. I ordered one pair of these each to make up to £20 for free delivery in all honesty and THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I'm about to buy a few more pairs each for our shoes so we are never without them. The only thing to be aware of is they do take a little getting used to as your foot will sit higher in your shoes and it's a bit disconcerting at first but you soon adjust to the feeling.
