Great pad. I squat some very heavy weights and most pads you can still feel the bar on your youlders. This pad you can’t feel a thing. Extremely well padded and worth the money.

It is chunkier than expected.Perhaps more suited to really heavier weight lifters

I havent used the ankle straps as yet but the barbell bad and resistance band have been working great and meets my needs for comfort in the gym. This was a good and reasonable purchase that arrived in a timely fashion with a booklet of suggested exercises using the equipment.

Great product, I use for hip thrusts to take pressure of bar off my hip bones so I can left heavier and it works perfectly
