Original Review of $6.00 flag: This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. I regret buying this item and am only consoled by the fact that it was under $6.00. I suppose it is great for a kids room or perhaps a kindergarten classroom.UPDATE: Will from Anley customer service contacted me in an effort to rectify my displeasure with this purchase. I told him that I accepted that the $6.00 I paid for this flag got me a $6.00 flag and that there was not anything "wrong" with it, I just should have known that the flag would be what it is - a cheap flag. He insisted on sending me a beautiful, more appropriate outdoor flag. I was floored by this offer. My intent with my original review was simply to caution people who may not realize what they would get if they ordered this flag. The unexpected customer service provided went above and beyond and for that reason, I will now be ordering a new flagpole and bracket from Anley. Thank you Will!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this flag, considering the economical price. I ordered the 2x3’ size with the embroidered stars. I have paid significantly more for similar flags (albeit a different brand) in the past. Will be curious to see how long the color lasts, as my flag is in full sunlight. It looks perfect on display at my 1784 house.

I have quite a collection of Anley flags. If you have one of the entendable aluminum flag poles, this is the type of flag you need in breezy conditions. Flags that are more durable with heavy material will be a problem. These are lightweight. Can take high winds without overstressing the pole.They do fade in the Arizona sun. I replace my USA flag which files 24x7 about every 3-6 months.

I flew this brand flags over tennis courts without signs of wear more expensive flag showed. They ripple in a gentle breeze rather than just hang there.Some people have recently politicized this flag without knowing the truth. As the first government to eliminate slavery was the State of Vermont in 1777. One could associate any flag in the world before that act with slavery. I would rather remind people this flag represents the beginning of the process that eliminated slavery. That is why I fly this flag. It stands for the people owning the country rather than being subjects of a Monarch. Too bad kids aren't learning that in school.
