2 kids haven't gotten me sick yet!
So far so good with these. My kids have already gotten sick twice this season since I bought this and both times I managed to avoid getting sick as well. I'm not sure exactly how much research there is on this stuff for the immune system. That said, when I take it, it definitely seems to have a positive effect on my immune system. Quality from Nutricost has been good with every product I've gotten from them. I have a lot of confidence in their products.
