Looks nice. Medium grade sturdiness - not plasticy but not heavy. Seems to scratch more than chrome so just be careful.Reccomend getting a longer shower head arm like mentioned in another review.Gave it a lower review because it's kind of hard to install and the tub spout was missing a piece. Could not find a replacement part that connects to it instead. Have to replace the tub spout now. Maybe it works better when all the pieces are included.------------------------------------------------Update: seller is awesome and sending the part that was missing. Now we won't need a new one spout. Will update after we get the last piece installed and running.------------------------------------------------Update: got the part needed and all is good. it works well with plenty of power.

This set is a breeze to install. Used PEX and brass fittings. The valve body was well machined and doesn't let a drop past it when closed. The selection knob gives a very satisfying "click" for each turn to let you know you're on the next head. Only complaint is that the valve body itself has an odd location for mounting screws. Was able to make it work, but beware that you will need to plan ahead when mounting as the mounting holes lay flat on the "inner face" of the wall the knobs will be mounted to. Meaning you can't just screw it to a backer board or stud inside the wall without accounting for the depth it will sit. Hard to explain, but perhaps you can see in some of the pictures what I mean. There is no flat face on any side of the valve body except the one that faces you.Otherwise great set, stylish and functional. Havent even got the surround in yet and we're using it daily!

This shower system is beautiful but is a nightmare to install. First off we had to order adapters to convert the fittings from metric to standard. The only answer I got from seller about that was that it complies with United states installation standards. Then once we finally got those in the mail and I was able to have it installed the valve is bad and we only have hot water. The seller did send a new one but it took 6 days to arrive and I still have to have the plumbing redone to put it in. Cant exactly go buy a new shower system unless I want to have my brand new tile redone. So if you are ok with being without a shower for two weeks go ahead and buy. And the installation directions are horrible!!

There were no instructions in the box, luckily I had an expert that figured it all out. The look is great and the water comes out even better. My only complaint is when turning the knob to change from shower head to hose to faucet is always a guess. However, for the look I don’t know what I’d even want on the knob to indicate anyways. All in all I’m ver pleased with this purchase!

I'm remodeling my guest bathroom and wanted a non traditional look. I ordered this particular one vs anything else because it offered the 3 parts I needed (tub spout, handheld and square shower head) vs most sets only offered 2 parts or the shower head was located outside of the wall (old look). Also it was a reasonable price just under 200 vs 300+. Each part is metal, spray painted black. Each part has a good weight to it and seems to be of good quality. The licensed contractor will install the diverter (functioning pieces) tomorrow. After, once the shower is tiled, grouted, and dry the exterior pieces (spout, wand and shower head) will be installed. I will take pictures prior to install, during and after. I'll definitely let you know if anything goes wrong and why !

Made of brass components and looks very nice. The hand wand feels solid and the hose is very flexible - it’s not a cheap vinyl hose that won’t flex. Still working on the bath so I haven’t used it yet. Well try to update the review once it’s been in use for a while.

This is a lovely set but I returned it because my plumber said he wouldn’t install it. Apparently he’s installed a few like this in the past and they are terrible. (I think he mentioned the reason being the place the product is made.) I paid nearly the same amount and bought all my items separately and I’m super happy. Glad I didn’t stick with this. It’s really not worth saving a few bucks.

Love it. Need instructions to say how far in the system needs to be!!!
