On claiming with onsitego, they have reject a warranty claim for my stove repair. They rejected claim as the product is damaged which is false. But the actual repair is only removal of dust from the stove. Claim is rejected that they don't cover damage. Fraudsters. They couldn't even provide claim for 240rs.

I bought cold press juicer 2 and half year ago, after 2 years warranty ended juicer stopped working...after 2-3 months suddenly I remembered about Onsitego 1 years extended warranty bought by me & I raised a request today online, after 2-3 hrs. pick up person arrived and took the product for repairing and they will send it to company itself and no local repair will be arranged for this, if product repairs then ok if not company will provide replacement...so far so good and onsitego's service is very good but I am waiting for the result of repair, will update soon in some days...

After my last (- ve) review, I received calls from onsitego customer support. They took their time and understood the issue. They helped me promptly in resolving the issue, so 3 stars for their support and service.Deducting 2 stars as the solution they provided was below my expectations. Instead of whole 1 year warranty, I got it for only 6 months. (As I activated it for a different product, 6 months after purchasing the additional warranty.)
