SO MUCH FUN!!!!
This machine is a blast. Worth the 60ish bucks I spent Black Friday. Took some time to come in but well worth the wait. I did1000 punches my first time using this and thought I was gonna pass out, so I had to stop even though I didn’t want to. I’m out of shape so I really felt the work out all over from lower abs up to shoulders. Connect your music to it via blue tooth and get in a good fun physical and brain training workout. So far the only thing I noticed it’s lacking for a beginner is a tracker for the # of punches missed. The Velcro is so dang tight that thing ain’t moving. I can’t get it off the Velcro to move it up or down and have to have my husband do it. There are many other boxing machines that cost much more but this one is great and can save you a lot of money if your beginner, want to have fun or just want to get a good boxing work out in.

Broken Charging Port After Less Than 90 Days
The media could not be loaded. Buyer beware. Purchased this on June 25, 2025. It’s now September 16 and the charging port is broken. It won’t hold the USB-C cord. It didn’t even last 90 days. My boys are devastated since the company and Amazon won’t send a replacement. There is at least one other similar review. Thank you Amazon for offering a refund.

Got it for my 8yr old grandson he loves it. It does need to be velcro to a hall or door

Fun and mounts to the wall
The media could not be loaded. I had bought a previous one that only stuck to the wall with the Velcro. Because of my glossy walls, it kept falling even with concrete adhesive. I found this one that is mounted along with a sticky back and Velcro if you’d like so far so good. This is a good way to exercise and get some aggravation out.

Actively fun!
I got this for myself but now the wife and both teenagers are using it! It is a great way to stay active and it is also really fun! I hung it up on the wall without any issues!
