Patio Umbrella

I couldn't remember the name of this company, (ELITE) so Twice I ordered umbrellas from other companies that had more reviews and were double the PRICE. JUNK!So thankful I found out it was Elite. Great quality, heavy duty, crank opening so shorter people 5'5" can open and close by themselves, thick fabric, heavy pole. I purchased in black two years ago and it still looks great!Don't waste your time and money. Buy from this company. Great price for the quality!

This umbrella is a wonderful product!! It’s sturdy, strong, well made, easy to assemble and priced very well! The parts feel heavy duty and feel like they can withstand longtime wear! I highly recommend!!

Update: Changing my rating due to great customer service!I sent a message to the seller with pictures of the bent umbrella and they immediately processed a replacement even though the return period had just expired. That was excellent customer service!..............Umbrella worked great for 33 days. The first strong wind that came in while the umbrella was up bent it and now it ia no longer stable...just past the return date. Go figure!

I should have looked at the reviews from the 10% of the people who bought this umbrella.It was opened exactly 4 times and on the 4th time, pins and 1 rib came down. It looks like itcould be fixed with the right parts but it seems to me that the pins are not securely held in placeallowing for the pin to work its way loose after the umbrella goes up and down a few times.This was on the more expensive end to purchase so I'm very disappointed. The material on the umbrella is wonderful...too bad the actual infrastructure has a poor design.

Color accurate to web site picture. Well made and mechanism looks sturdy and functions smoothly. Metal finish dark brown without patina which will wear well in southwest climate and sun

Very nice umbrella! We searched quite a while for this thicker, canvas-like material and are glad to have finally found it. The red is gorgeous!

This product was perfect for my back patio, easy to assemble, heavy duty, and great coverage for the table.This is also very easy to operate, and tie up after use, in preparation of a storm or high winds.
