Nothing beats this pair in the price range. Audiophiles stay away though.
First of all, anyone who complains about this pair of headphone has either forgotten that it only costs TWENTY-FIVE bucks, or has received a defective product. For the price, this may be the best headphones you'll ever buy.I personally own Sennheiser HD25-1 II, HD558, Audio Technica ATH-M50, V-Moda Crossfade LP, Bose OE headphones, Monster DNA earphones, Klipsch Reference S4... just to name some. I own more and have tried many others as well(including the Dr. Dre's Beats). Does Intro beat them in sound quality? No. But it does have qualities that beat some of those headphones that cost as much as 5 to 10 times more.I'll list both positive and negative qualities I have found on this pair:1. Sound is clear, sounds just a tiny bit muffled but definitely the best in this price range. In order to get better sound you'll have to spend $50 or more, at the minimum.2. Comfort level is one of the best, even compared to headphones that cost $300. It's light and doesn't apply much pressure on your ears. I can wear these for hours non-stop.3. The bass is STRONG for the price, and it doesn't distort the sound much. In my subjective opinion(all opinions on headphones should be subjective), the bass is almost as strong as Beats, cleaner and more crisp. I would prefer the bass on this pair over Beats anytime.4. Material and build quality is amazing for the price, it doesn't not feel cheap at all. But that is not to say it feels premium, it's just not cheap. Did I mention it's very comfortable to wear?5. It comes with a mic, and a button. For my HTC One it pauses and plays the music. Pretty convenient.6. Great cable, flat design, hard to tangle. Plus there's no distortion from the cable like some sensitive earphones/headphones.Some negatives... but minor(considering the price):1. As mentioned above, the sound is very clear, but feels a little muffled. It still exceeds the expectations of a twenty-five bucks headphones though.2. It's right ear entry. Feels a little unnatural, since most headphones and earphones are generally left entry.3. It's on-ear design, and doesn't apply much pressure on your ears. That is both good and bad, I've already mentioned the good earlier, the bad being sound leaks. There is very little sound isolation for either you or the other people around you.4. It has a mic, so it uses the headset 3.5mm jack instead of the old school stereo-only jack. Which means it does not work with 3.5mm ports that do not support headsets; such as older computer audio-out ports and certain mp3 players. However it shall work with MOST smartphones and tablets. I'm sure 99% of the new tech products support headset jacks. Sadly it won't work with my Sony casette Walkman, CD Walkman, MiniDisk Walkman and some laptops. After a couple of months testing this pair, I can confidently say this is the best headphone for anyone with almost no budget. Hooking it up to a DAC/Amp such as Fiio E17 makes very little improvement. However there IS some improvement, so I can't say it's either good or bad.Of course you can find MUCH better headphones, but that will cost you a lot more money. For this price range, I must give it a 5 stars.P.S. Audiophiles look elsewhere, this is for people on a budget.

Great headphones for a great price!
I would NOT recommend these headphones for audiophiles. I'm sure they would pick it apart and have plenty of complaints. But as somebody who just wanted a pair of phones to listen to music on the commute to and from work, it works great! Deep bass, mids and highs are clear. I don't find it all that muddy, but I'm by no means an audiophile. I think the sound quality is superb for the price tag--you can't beat it. The microphone also works superbly--I use it to call people while on the train and people on the other end can hear everything the conductor announces. The comfort level is also decent. As someone who occasionally wears glasses, the pressure does end up giving me a slight headache after 45 mins when pushing the frames into my temples. But when I wear contacts, no issues whatsoever. Comfortable to listen to music for at least a few hours (haven't tried beyond that). My ears don't get sweaty, the headband stays put, and the cord doesn't get tangled as I jam out on the train ride home. The only downside I would say is that they're definitely not sound isolating. My boyfriend tells me that at a certain volume he can vaguely hear sounds, and then louder than that he can start to actually hear my music. So if you plan on blasting these at top volume, your neighbors might not appreciate it so much.Overall, a great set of headphones that serve exactly the purpose that I wanted it to fulfill. Haven't had any interaction with the customer service yet, but have seen tons of raving reviews about them, so am confident that they will provide wonderful service should I need anything.

Good for short-term casual listening
I've been using this product casually for the past few weeks, and I've come to learn the ins and outs of the Intro.Comfort - The on-ear headphones are comfortable for short-term use, but after about an hour or so, they begin to hurt my ears. The backside presses down on the cartilage and provides a pain that becomes worse over time. Repositioning the headphones helps, but after a while, you just have to take them off.Sound - These headphones sound great for $25. I've been testing various in-ear, over-ear, and on-ear headphones for a few years now, and these live up to the sound of more expensive headphones in the $50 range. The bass is a little too powerful for my taste, though. Repositioning the headphones on your ears goes a long way in changing the sound of the headphones. When I wear them in a position that offers the best sound quality, they become very uncomfortable very fast.Build Quality and Design - Honestly, the build quality of these headphones is great. Sure, I can tell that some cheap plastics were used in making the product, but the design works well and gives the headphones a much more sophisticated look than one might expect for $25. The plastics used are engineered to feel soft at the touch. The cable comes out of the right cup (which is odd; most have cables that come from the left cups). It is located in a great place, where I am able to move the cable to hang down my backside instead of across my chest. Also, the microphone is a great addition. The collapsible cups are great, and the headphones feel sturdy and not prone to breaking, like other headphones at the same price.Overall - Great headphones for the price. I just wish they were more comfortable. But discomfort while using headphones goes a long way in limiting the amount of time that I am willing to use them. If they were more comfortable to wear, I would definitely have given the product 5 stars.
