Very good tablets

I noticed a real difference after a few days. Sometimes what felt immediately. While some anxiety and overthinking still lingers, I can feel my nervous system much more relaxed and at ease and much, much less of the physical symptoms and impact of stress and anxiety. I would definitely recommend giving a try.

Best choice for ashwagandha. It's cheap and it works. No allergic reactions or side affects. Keeps me calm without any additional drowsiness. The strength is perfect and I like that it also has black pepper which is great for metabolism. I've used this brand for a while and won't buy anything else

The black pepper added really helps to absorb quickly, resulting in the positive effects being activated quicker. Much better than an option without black pepper. The capsules are a good size and texture, so they are easy to swallow. I have found, that after a week of consumption, my energy levels are higher, I am not as stressed and my sleep quality is much better.

Super good — it doesn’t give me acidity, and it sits perfectly in my stomach; I don’t even feel it.
