My phone is a regularly-sized smartphone. Many pants pockets do not hold my phone securely. Even my kitchen apron doesn't work well if I bend over. The phone just drops out. My husband bought for me a belt-type case. No way! It feels like a growth on my hip. However, I needed something. I am 70 years old and have arthritis. I have experienced a lot of illness over the past few years. I don't use a walker, but my stability is something with which I have concern. I want to, at least, walk our sweet dog two or three times a day and spend time with him in the backyard. What if I break a hip and fall, or trip on a tree root? What if I can't make it to the house for my phone? What good is the phone on a countertop if I end up on the floor and can't reach it? This lanyard is great! My phone is always with me. The only downside is that it swings as I walk. I have banged the phone several times. So, I still wear the apron at home but the phone is secure and handy. I haven't had this long, so I can't say too much for the adhesive, but so far, so good. The lanyard is attractive. I have no problem connecting my phone to the charging cord. I read other reviews, so I placed the adhesive tab very close to the edge of the phone. The lanyard seems to be very sturdy, so we shall see for the future. I just know that I feel safer. I would, and probably will, buy again in a different color. So--four stars is good in my case.

I chose this for the flexible attachment to the phone. Otterbox Defender case has a two-piece hard plastic inner and a soft outer. Also it has a door over the charging port. There is a 'door frame' on the hard plastic inner case. This strap attachment is sticky-mounted to the hard inner case. It is thin and flexible enough to bend over the 'door frame'. Soft case fits over it. Port door still works. Photos show the phone with and without the soft case.The included hook and strap seems too bulky, makes it seem a bit like an old corded phone. I should have purchased the product version that has two phone attachments and no strap. i can make a small wrist strap with a shoe lace.

I’m extremely hard on products, I us a iPhone SE because the size fits in my cargo pants side pocket. I have phone in a metal protective case that I attach a grab lanyard as seen in picture. Prior to this I attached lanyard through rubber rings on case. Over time I have ripped these rubber rings apart pulling the phone out of my pocket. This lanyard solved my problems by connecting to the case surface. I was concerned that it would block charging port but it is not a issue. See pictures. I added a swivel clip with lanyard and it works great.

I like this idea. Makes carrying the cell phone convenient especially when I don't have pockets. Nice color too. I think the thickness of the lanyard is a bit much but it works. Thank you.

This was purchased for a gift, I hope it works as well as the description. The person is handicap and often leaves their phone only to have it ring. It is a present so I will know more in a few days.

I love this thing. I know where my phone is all the time...around my neck! When it broke while pulling it out from under the seatbelt, I knew I had to reorder it. It seems pretty sturdy except when I got mad and yanked it too hard when it was caught in the seatbelt and the phone rang. Otherwise, I love this because I have lost my phone too many times to count.

This was easy to use. I returned for a wrist strap style.

My only complaint is I can’t fit the charger into the port with it. So I bought a charger i can lay phone on to charge. Love the leash

Bought this product back in Aug 22, 2020. Barely used it. Maybe once a week max. After 2-3 months of usage, it ripped. Thank God I noticed before I lose my phone with the lanyard. Don't waste your money on this product.

Liked color and lenght. however the hook should be much stronger… Thieves managed to snatch my beach bag, while I had my phone on hand. The phone was attached to the bag close to me. I had the phone on hand. When they snatched the bag from me, the hook opened under the pressure. I saved the phone. The purse was gone in 2 seconds.

Love it! I needed something to free my hands of my phone when I went on long walks without pockets (more often than not when you wear women's clothes). The lanyard ring is unobtrusive. I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the neck strap and its length. I can wear it around my neck or across my body like a messenger bag. It is super easy to adjust and feels really solid.

I purchased one for my husband to use on an up-coming trip to Europe. I liked it so much I bought one for myself. I am wheelchair-bound so if I drop my phone I can’t pick it up myself. Keeping my phone safe around my neck is a great idea.

I love that it's not permanent so it can be changed if your phone case needs changing. Solid material, makes my phone feel secure. The loop on the bottom is metal and a solid single piece, flat on one side, a D ring which is great because it stays in place yet allows my lanyard to attach well and not feel stiff.
