Bought this book "New" and it did not have the cd or lab code it should have had so now not only have i paid for this book I also have to pay for an online lab code that was supposed to be with the text book. I need the book for the class or I would be returning it.

This book has a lot of mistakes in it that easily could have been caught by a good editor. Other than that it talks about the health information management systems in the US which at times do not apply to Canadians. But overall it's a decent textbook for learning health information management basics.
