Kattee Genuine Leather Briefcase for Women, Large Capacity Laptop Bag with Luggage Tag

I'm a legal aid lawyer and honestly didn't think I could afford a bag this nice - it far exceeded my expectations. I rarely write reviews, and when I do, it's usually because I feel I've been swindled, not because I'm so happy with the product, but here I am. I don't care about labels, I just wanted three things out of my briefcase bag: 1) enough space for a laptop and several legal files - most of the briefcase bags made for women are just too small, 2) enough strength & durability to carry those things without breaking or wearing down the strap, and 3) genuine smooth leather of good quality. With a budget of $80, I thought I would have to compromise on the leather, and tbh I thought that was probably going to be the case with this particular bag. On the contrary, I was as pleasantly surprised as some of the other reviews that persuaded me to give it a try. As some other reviews have mentioned, the shoulder strap on the brown bag reads as more orange than brown, but not so much that it doesn't look like part of the bag. I think the product photo is quite accurate; you can see the strap is somewhat lighter and brighter than the leather, but it's similar enough to suit me. I was more concerned with the strap's durability, because they keep breaking on me, and this one is definitely heavy duty. The middle compartment is the largest by far, with a padded laptop pocket and enough space for 2-3 inches of legal sized files plus the cord and wireless mouse for the laptop. The outer compartments are quite slim and really won't accommodate a legal file more than half an inch thick - I think letter sized files would fit much better - but that's fine, I just keep a couple notepads in the back one. The front compartment has several small pockets for pens, business cards, etc. Despite its size, it doesn't *look* nearly as bulky as lot of other briefcase bags. The simple design gives it a sleek appearance and shows off the leather, which looks far more expensive than it is. In general, I believe it's true that you get what you pay for, but there are a few exceptions and this is one of them. Highly recommend. Update 10/28/2023: More than 3 years later, this workhorse bag is still going strong despite constant abuse. I've gotten tons of compliments on it and questions about where I bought it. I'm considering getting an additional color just to change things up.

I love how it doesn’t bend when you put your laptop. It’s still fairly new to me as I write this review, but it definitely looks like it’ll hold its shape, which I believe is important when you but leather bag. I have the MacBook Pro reyina mid 2015 and it’s a 15.6 inch I believe. It is a tight fit, but it fits! A little hard to slide out my laptop but whatever I ain’t tripping . It could literally be half an inch bigger ( or less snug), and it would be perfect for MacBook pros 15.6 inch. Also I would like to Point out to the artist and designer of this bag, it would be perfect if the strap that holds the laptop is longer because it doesn’t reach the Velcro to secure my laptop, but because my laptop is so big and it fits snug, that itself keeps it from sliding around . Overall the negatives kinda canceled each other out. I love the bag perfect look, very feminine for a leather briefcase/laptop bag, cute bow, it’s perfect, has 3 compartments, the laptop goes in the middle, which I feel is extra protection in case your bag falls. Also once again, the bag is well made. I’m happy. I recommend it. Just buy Air do it for yourself , it’s an investment on school and work. I bought a bag for $40 years ago and bought 2 more since for $40. If I’d just buy this one years ago when I didn’t know it existed , it would be the only laptop bag id own because it’s truly timeless.

What a great quality for the price! I was recently promoted and need to carry a laptop and other devices with me. I get a lot of compliments on it and they are shocked when I tell them it's from Amazon and the price. I love the color of the leather too.

I really love this bag. It is so pretty and it looks really classy. I wanted something to carry my laptop around town. It is kind of narrow and it frequently falls over like if it’s sitting up in the car. It does not fit a lot. There are a lot of pockets but everything is a little tight. It’s a very sturdy bag that I don’t think it will ever loose it’s shape. I’ve had it for almost a year and there are no signs of wear at all. At max capacity, I can fit my 32oz water bottle, computer, charger, pen bag, notebook and 2-3 standard sized books not textbooks. This seems like a lot but it’s not haha. It’s not a great choice for a college student to use as a backpack. The strap is sturdy and I haven’t had any issues with it so far.

I bought this close to a year ago and have been very pleased with its style, function, and durability so far. It does not see frequent use, but it does see some travel which I think speaks to its ability to take a hit or two. I really like that it houses my laptop, padfolio, portable monitor, and all my miscellaneous smalls with ease - all while looking like a vintage classic.

Perfect for carrying my work laptop, my note book, my daily planner, pens, access card, enough space to also carry my personnal laptop. High quality leather, pretty sure that this bag will last me for years and years. I feel elegant when I go to the office!

Leider eine einzige Enttäuschung. Das Leder is unterschiedlich eingefärbt und die Fronten haben eine ganz andere Farbe als die Einfassung. Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert, wurde immer wieder verschoben. Die Einteilung der Tasche ist genial. Ich habe exakt diese Tasche vor 4 Jahren schon einmal gekauft und liebe sie als Arbeistasche. Da hat auch die Farbe gepasst. Allerdings machen die Henkel nicht den Eindruck von Leder...
