This is a very good quality cookie pan of this kind - the best I have owned so far. I plan to buy the one that makes larger cookies as well when it's available. This device came with a traditional recipe, but I used chocolate cookie dough instead because I had some leftover - that is why my cookies are brown. I used Dulche De Leche to fill the halves. The cookies were really easy to make - the dough does not stick to the pan at all. The pan is very easy to clean. It's important to wait until it is cooled completely before you clean it or the non-stick coating might be damaged. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Perfect cookies. It worked on my glass top electric range. The main thing is to not overfill. I used a recipe from olgasflavorfactory.com. Is has step by step instructions with pictures.

Great buy, easy to use

Great product. Easy to use. Delicious recipe. The recipe called to bake for 1 min 30 seconds on one side and 1 minute on the other. I had to bake for slight longer 2:30-3min on med to low to get a nice golden color, but other than that they came out perfect. Some of the butter also melted out from the sides so I ended up not needing to grease. Overall happy with the purchase and the results.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Generally speaking, pleasant cooking experience. The walnuts turn out smaller than the ones from Soviet molds, but are just perfect size to put in a mouth and enjoy without having to bite. I used Dulce de Leche as a filling - amazing combo! The Lithuanian "caramel" was a bit too thick. Dulce de Leche turned out to be a better alternative for варёная сгущенка. Я готовила орешки впервые в жизни и мне очень понравился итог. Рекоммендую.
