It is different for every bottle. Having purchased this product on a few occasions, the expiration date has been 3 to 4 years.

Not very spicy at all. It has loads of flavor and a bit of a kick but it is not as hot as sriracha and definitely not as hot as Tabasco.

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. We don't eat jumbalaya without it!! It's good on other Cajun foods too. I'd imagine it would make a good marinade.
