When I was seeing a bio-nutritionist, he turned me on to these and if anything has helped my PMDD, these have for sure. (I also take Oil of Evening Primrose and Vitex.) This is the only brand I've ever taken in four years; there are other over-counter HPTs, but I know these are well made and quality goods. Yes, they are made with lamb pituitary (in part). If you find that icky, look for a vegan HPT.

First day felt a difference taking one tab but headaches started and even though cut back headaches remained.

Until your dying day you won’t know if this product reslly does preserve the length of your telomeres. However, research on people who already died indicates that telomere preservation does prolong one’s lifespan and that the ingredients in this formulation seem to accomplish that. So, on faith alone, I go for this. Ibget older everyday and I thank God every morning for having awakened to a new day. Maybe I will get to 100 and still be anble to do what I like.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroid which, when checked by a medical acupuncturist looked more like hypo-pituitary. Western medicine knows very little about it. I went from taking armor thyroid (pig) to this. She recommended this product and my neuropathy in my feet went away almost immediately. I started showing other symptoms and stopped taking the thyroid med. I've been taking this for 10 years now. Labs show my thyroid is functioning perfectly now.
