Lots of Bubbles!
I decided to get this after seeing a mother using it in our lobby, and her little girl was just so delighted, twirling under all those bubbles! We were like, we should get that!Though our LO is not able to twirl, or play with this toy himself yet (at 4 1/2 month, go figure), his face does light up every time when he sees us blowing bubbles towards him.The little fan works great, and it's made of some kind of soft foam, so, when he can play with it, we won't need to worry about injuries. And it does generate a lot of bubbles, with one dip, using my husband's words, "bubble technology has come so far, since I was a kid."It takes a double A battery which does come with, and so far, it doesn't seem to require too much battery power to run, given how much we've been using it. Yes, right now, it's as much a toy for us as it is for our LO. We get to blow bubbles (without exhausting ourselves), and see our LO laugh all at the same time! What's not to like?We have also tried other solution with it, I don't think it generates as many bubbles, but they all seem to work fine.

Kids love it, but you've gotta dip
Bought this for a regular event where my wife and I help out watching about 10 small children. They loved the bubbles. However, I didn't realize that you would have to dip the gun in the bubble solution after every shot of bubbles. I've seen other guns that rotate a series of wands through the bubble solution, and are self-priming. So, this one is cheap, but realize that you have to frequently dip the front in solution. Also, the bubbles are pretty small (1 inch). Which means that the kids grow bored after a while. They like BIG bubbles. However, when you blow bubbles manually, the solution gets all over your clothes, as the frequently pop close to you.So, bottom-line: Easier and less messy than blowing bubbles manually, but the bubbles are small, and you do a lot of dipping.

Surprisingly good
We used these to add some fun - and bubbles - to a rest stop for a charity bike ride. They never failed to put smiles on the faces of the riders and other passers-by. Children were enthralled with the bubbles. Output is prodigious albeit only for a few seconds at a time. Drawbacks are slight: You need a Philips screwdriver with a small head to open the battery bay door. It's too easy to leave the printed insert in the bubble solution cup, and that winds up absorbing some of the solution. So many people asked where we bought these. Naturally we told 'em! Recommended for fun for all ages.

Good bubble machine but cheaper elsewhere
PROSYou dip, press the button and bubbles appear. It makes quite a bit of bubbles.Fairly mess free.CONSSaw it at about a third of the price listed here at Target in the seasonal section. The button is hard to press. My finger gets tired, and I don't think a little kid could do it.

Poorly constructed
Having never written a review, I find it difficult to write my first one so negatively. The product arrived on time and packaged well. However, when I attempted to put the battery in the product, the screw to the battery case was stripped. I managed to get the battery case open and inserted the battery. Of course when I secured the lid to the battery case it would not hold the battery tight enough for it to make contact with the battery terminals. All in all this was a complete waste of money, as this product is useless without battery power.

A Great Little Bubble Gun!
Purchased this to bring along to a festival, and it worked great! Everyone loved playing in the surprising amount of bubbles it creates~It uses a dipping tray for the bubble solution, and said tray has a small spout so you can pour any remaining solution back into the bottle. Other then to typical drip from dipping the wand into the solution, it's pretty much mess free! The gun itself is very light-weight, but seems to be very sturdy and well made. I know I'll be able to use this for years to come~

The Kids Love It!!
I bought this bubble gun to use with my Sunday School kids and they just love it. Very easy to use. Durable. And makes LOTS of bubbles. The bubbles never go inside the gun so it doesn't gum up; you just dip in the little dispensing dish provided and push the button on the back. I always rinse it when I am through. I am sure kids could use this too. I reviewed a lot of bubble guns before I found this one and it was well worth the wait!

Great little bubble maker.
Small, compact and dripless. The grand kids love it and so do I. Anything that doesn't drip and actually makes a ton of bubbles at a time is the best. It's great that it's small and fits in our bag to take to the beach or park. Uses one battery (included) and only works when you push the button so you don't have to turn it on and off. Great purchase.
