This is amazing chocolate, I use it on my cappuccinos and I'm sure it would be awesome for hot chocolate or mochas. I read some reviews giving one star because it's not baking cocoa, but that makes zero sense as it doesn't say it's baking cocoa, so ridiculous. Anyway if you are looking for amazing cocoa for making delicious chocolate drinks or adding to espresso drinks this is it!

Tastes good but it’s got a very high sugar content, 54%! For me, it takes away from the chocolate flavor and I LOVE chocolate! This just came yesterday and I ordered another last night that is unsweetened. I’m keeping this one for once in a while treat and my daughter with a very sweet tooth loves this! Ghirardelli is known here for yummy things so I thought this would be perfect! This just doesn’t suit my diet! Hopefully the “black cocoa” I have coming today is better!

When I needed to switch sweetened cocoa due to cost, I found this gem. I use it every morning to make my mocha! I find I do not need to use as much as stated on the directions. Love the large size and ease of ordering. Tastes great and is now a staple in my cupboard!
