Fresh Sacks Biodegradable Diaper Disposal Bags, 50 ct (6-Pack)

My 94 year old mother has developed a need for Depends and we were using plastic quart sized zipper bags for disposal. The bags were becoming harder for my mom to use on her own and, as she is aging, we were needing more of them. As you can imagine I was calculating the expense and looked for a solution. I was thrilled to find Fresh Sacks. The are the perfect size for a rolled up Depends, size large. Like a small grocery bag they open and I can tie the handles shut. They are definitely thinner than the quart bags but they don't need to be that sturdy. They get disposed of quickly and it makes me feel good that they are biodegradable. They are a terrific bargain!! And I haven't run across any of the manufacturing issues other reviews have mentioned (holes, ripping because they are stuck together, etc.)

I got these to use for my Mom's adult disposable underloons when she became bedbound. Not so good -- they are really too small to handle a seriously full adult disposable. If you manage to roll the thing up tight enough to fit into the bag, unless you are really, really careful, you wind up with nasty stuff squeezing out. Just not a good fit. Since I got the 6-pack, I have enough to last another lifetime. So..... they actually work very, very well for cleaning out the litter box, so that's what I'm using them for. They would probably also work well for walks w/ my dog, once I've used up the 200 bag roll i have for her.....

My 95 year old dad has urinary incontinence, with his biggest issues at night. Although we have a larger disposal system, these bags enable him to manage the first level of disposal himself without getting out of bed or off his recliner. I also keep a supply in his bathroom. They have reasonable light odor control, but being able to manage this care steps on his own adds immeasurably to my dad’s sense of self and dignity. They easily hold his heavy overnight underwear plus booster. His disposable underpads fit well, too.

These bags were decent - kind of lightweight and not as powerful a scent as other bags i have used from babies r us or walmart. They are better for the environment, which is a plus. but as we keep the dirty diapers in a garbage can in a closed garage, i need something a little stronger for the smell.

This product was better than expected. I got the sacks because I have a colostomy and I needed extra bags to dispose of them. Fresh sacks are easier to use and even more odor-sealing than the bags my colostomy company supplies. The odor control is important to me because sometimes the full bags will sit for a week before they go out in the trash. With Fresh Sacks we don't ever smell them.

Item is just as advertised and arrived quicker than expected.

Would be a lot nicer if they were nested together so that they came out one at a time.

I will prefer a bigger size bag and a little bit more thicker bags are to thin, but they work, it doesn't smell. That's a good thing about it.
