Great headset for quiet environments
I bought this headset to reduce the complexity of my home office setup. I have multiple computers that I have to use for work along with a mobile device. The ability to pair all my Logitech devices to a single dongle as well as keep the device paired via bluetooth to my phone has been great. When I swap computers via my KVM the headsets goes along for the ride and with limited usb slots on my KVM, it's good to have all my peripherals on one. Plus I can throw it on my wireless charging pad without having to deal with having yet another cable to charge something with. The sound is great. The controls are easy. It fits comfortably.I highly recommend you visit the support site on Logitech and download the app for the headset on each computer you intend to use it on and download the app for your headset on your mobile device (phone/tablet). This allows you to customize the headset buttons, see the battery life, and configure the sensitivity of the microphone. I had to lower mine so it'd stop picking up every sound. I dropped it to 50% sensitivity. It will also update the firmware on your headset as well.

By far, the best headset I have ever owned!
The material of the headset is amazing, sound quality is great especially with phone calls, as you can hear how loud are you during the call which allows you not to shout during the call. Battery life is great, it lasts 10 hours of continues usage, and when needed it charges very fast. The accompanying application for the headset is neat with nice options to customize the experience. Well done logitech for making such an amazing headset, I truly love it.

Good headset. Until it wasn't
Great headset while it lasted. Good sound quality - not audiophile, but pretty darn good. Good microphone - until it died recently. Logitech Tech Support sucks, every reply tells me to do things I've already done.Pros: great sound, comfortable, all day battery, turning mic to mute is great, multipoint connections work well.Cons: did NOT ship with Unifying dongle, despite product description indicating it does. Shipped with regular, non-Unifying dongle, but nothing that came with the product indicated that. I eventually figured that out, and even later I ordered a Unifying dongle direct from Logitech (could not find on Amazon) for $50. But by then it was too late. I started to have problems with the microphone not working, especially for phone calls, which should be dead simple. In the last few days, the microphone simply does not work, even in the Logi Tunes app diagnostic.I submitted another ticket w/ Logitech, sent them all the info they asked for (S/N, proof of purchase, detailed description of problem and troubleshooting to date). Now I will see if I get any satisfaction; I somehow doubt it as this seems to be a physical problem, perhaps with a degraded connection inside the unit. And it has been nearly 2 years, so it's long out of warranty. For the price, I expected it to last longer. Almost two year of daily use would be impressive if this was a cheap thing. But it's not. So now I have taken to ordering far less expensive headsets. If they die after a while, at least I won't be out of as much $$. Some of them are fairly impressive so far. I also won't order any headset that requires a dongle. With modern bluetooth, the headsets should be able to communicate directly w/ a modern laptop or PC. And so far, the less expensive units I have purchased do just that.I really liked this headset, but now it is probably time to give it a proper burial (i.e. dispose of as e-waste).

Bad latency, uncomfortable for day-long use
The media could not be loaded. Intro: I've been using an older model - Logitech H800 for 9 years. Went through half a dozen of them as they don't last more than a year or two. H800 don't offer anything special in terms of sound quality but they feel very light on the ears and I can use them while charging, making them work well for 8+ hours of continuous online calls. I've been waiting for an upgraded version for years and was excited to buy Zone Wireless Plus. Unfortunately they feel both as an upgrade and a downgrade:Pro's:1. Higher quality materials and sound quality than in H8002. You can work on Bluetooth and Wifi dongle simultaneously without the need to switch between the two3. Well-designed app with many handy features4. Excellent Logitech customer support - they've understood the issues and tried to help by sending a free replacement.5. You can flip up the mic boom to quickly mute yourself6. Voice prompts tell you battery and connection status7. You can wirelessly charge the headset and the micro USB port seems to be much sturdier than in H8008. Just like H800 you can keep working while charging9. Microphone quality is better than in H800, which was quite decent10. Noise Cancellation is nice addon but doesn't work nearly as impressive as Apple's AirPods Pro, mostly shifts noises like a working washer in the next room to a higher pitch.Con's:1. There is an audible lag/latency - much worse that with H800. For me the latency becomes a problem when you watch a movie or talk to someone over Zoom - it creates an irritating disconnect between what you see and what you hear. I'm experiencing it on Bluetooth and over wifi dongle, on Mac & PC. Replacing the dongle and then the headset under warranty didn't help either so it must be this model's flaw. Watch the attached video as an illustration of the issue and see for yourself if it's enough of an issue for you. (Don't pay attention to other aspects of the audio quality because I've used phone's microphone near the headsets to record). I've used this video clip if you want to compare apples to apples - https://youtu.be/LjLdvvxIbpo?t=1462. The metal band and earpads apply enough pressure on the ears to mute outside noises and to feel comfortable for a few minutes, however, after 30 minutes the pressure becomes noticeable. After 4-5 hours it becomes painful. It may be my personal level of tolerance but I never had this issue with the flatter foam earpads of H8003. Usability issue - when the headset is connected to my desktop dongle downstairs (with nothing playing) and at the same time I'm using the headset to playback an audiobook from my smartphone upstairs, the device comes in and out of the dongle's range and either announces loudly "dongle connected/dongle disconnected" or makes a ding if voice prompts are disabled. As you can imagine, this is very distracting and to remedy, you need to shut down your computer, disconnect the dongle, stay within its range or stay far away outside of the range. From their mobile app you can see both connections but you can't disable the dongle.4. Minor thing - Zone is not as compact as H800 when folded but comes with a pouch, which is handy for traveling.5. USBC to USB cable wasn't included in the package for some reason.Overall:This is definitely a higher quality device comparing to H800 but the two first issues make it hard to fully enjoy it. I'd give them time to come up with an upgraded model with fixes.
