These are excellent splitters, that work just as they should.I saw there was a negative review that indicated that the female ends were far too tight. While I agree that they are tight, I think that's a positive. It means the connection should be a good, solid connection. I had no trouble whatsoever inserting and removing headphone male ends from this product's female ends.One thing I really like about these, and the reason I purchased them, is that because of the design, they should be easy to use with, say, a phone in its case. I had another splitter that these are replacing, and I could not insert that one completely without removing the phone from the case. With these, that is no problem at all.I am very pleased with my purchase.I hope you found this review helpful. Worked as described

The splitter cable provided a good, snug fit for the connecting cables to my speakers and to the MP3 recorder that share the sound output from my computer. There were no problems with feedback or distortion and the sound quality to both the speakers and the recorder remained very good. In the past, I've paid a lot more and gotten a lot less

Good value compared to local stores. It does seem to cause the volume to drop, but might not sure why.
