Quality packaging; quality product with good, fast germination planting indoors, 1/8-1/4 inch deep in moist (not soppy) lightly compacted seed starter mix (mostly peat moss and vermiculite), using a heating pad and humidity dome.Two notes:1. While I did not actually count the number of seeds I planted in each 2x2" cell, I'm guessing it was around 10, with an average germination of maybe six to eight. In the future I will probably bump that up to 15-20 seeds. You can always think things out of you need.2. Along those lines, germination was really excellent in the middle cells, farther from the edge of the seed tray. Germination near the edge, where temperatures would have been lower was not quite as good. This tells me that *under the right conditions* germination is excellent, but it's possible your results may vary depending on getting moisture, temperature, etc just right. Best just to overplant and thin later if necessary.

5 months later, it grew pretty pretty well

Purchased 2 packets of seeds, 0% germination, and I have a green thumb. I've planted/sown over 100 types of plants/seeds/bulbs/roots since last fall, landscaping just about every inch of my property, with overall 80%-90% success/healthy plants. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Nothing ever even sprouted :(

This seed solve a issue of forage in a shaded area of my pasture. It came up beautifully and the donkey was first to enjoy it.
