How long can the gel packs be stored in the freezer?

I keep mine in the freezer for weeks at a time if im not using it, so i have it at hand all ready to use .

Yes, when needed I wear mine in bed overnight. A good combination - heat and rest !

How long stay hot for?

You will get some warmth / comfort for 20mins. It’s quick to reheat if you are near a microwave. It’s a little bulky, but can fit under jeans if necessary. It fits very securely and is well made. I’m pleased to have bought it. 👍🏼
