They are good and they are strong. I have not had an issue with them. But they are not quite as robust and perfectly machined as I had expected. I had some that came with a U Mount I had bought but they were not as thick and smooth. Although the edge at the clip area are not sharp they are just not as smooth as the other ones I have. They seem very sturdy though and I have not had any issues but the quality is a 4 not a 5. But that said, the price is a great deal for the quality so I definitely still recommend them.

I had been using these for a number of weeks for weighted pull ups (dipping belt's old carabiner broke and replaced it with this).Today, I sliced my finger open pretty deep when putting weights onto my dip belt. I would really caution against buying this product for gym usage and allowing them near children for that reason.

Added to Total Gym to allow quick change of handles. (I use OEM handles: my wife tendinitis requires straps). TG comes with screw lock clips that made handle changes slow and clumsy. Adding these snap clips makes change over fast and essy

These were much smaller than I thought. I got them for my bowflex accessories, but can really only use them on the hand straps because I am worried about how much weight they can handle.

These are a little smaller version than normal and I find them very useful from a womans point of use. They are very durable and have a nice finish
