Sun Moon Lake Black Tea is a very rare black tea from Taiwan. This unique tea yields liquor with a very special and unforgettable aroma. Black is the most robust of the tea varieties and can be brewed in truly boiling water. Add 1 rounded teaspoon of whole leaf tea per cup. Steep for 2-5 minutes. It is perfectly acceptable to consume this tea 'straight-up'. Milk and sugar are recommended with this tea. If adding milk or cream to your tea, a longer brew time is recommended.
