Exactly what I needed
Used for my 120 gallon fish tank. Worked exactly how I needed it too after looking everywhere for the correct part.

not ver ygood QC
so they work or are working for last few days. 1.77 is a 45mm and in my area very hard to find making this job harder.if this was a glass tank i would of sent them back but a acrylic tank it can be drimiled to open up from a 1.75.the threads on the inside for the PVC 90 are way to big and it took 5 raps of Teflon tape to make it snug enough and come tight with the fitting aliened with the right spot.

Buyer be aware.
The production tolerances are very loose on these bulk-heads. If you are gluing them to seal them they will probably work fine for you, but if you are relying on the gasket and clamping force you are out of luck with this manufacturer. The nut specs are so loose that when you tighten the nut to clamp the gasket to the sealing surface the nut skips threads just as you are starting to get the product snug. I'm not sure whom the other manufacturers are, but I have used 1" bulk heads a lot in the past. This particular set looked very similar, but the product is far inferior to whatever the other brand is.

Usable but with problems
The two fittings received had threads that were too tight on one side of the fitting and too loose on the other (test fitting was done with several different male pipe threaded adapters). The threads appeared to have been die-cut as opposed to being precisely molded. As a consequence of die-cutting, the threads were apparently cut too deeply on one side and too shallowly on the other. In order to make the fittings usable, the tight side required 'chasing out the threads' with a needle file. The loose side required applying copious amounts of Teflon tape to adequality tighten the fit. Ultimately the fittings were usable but required significant effort to make them such. A trade off of price for quality.

Low quality inside and out.
The material looks with small cosmetics defects and when trying to put a joint for the front part it doesn't go in properly, one side does (bottom hole) but the other doesn't(top hole).
