The unit came packaged nicely with dual USB C and micro usb charge lead, a soft carry case to protect it and a hard case for travel.The deploying of the angled charging surface was a simple pull of the tabs at the side with a finger and the same for releasing the support arm from behind it.I tried a Sony Xperia 1 MK2 and a Xperia XZ2 on the charging surface and both charged in portrait and landscape positions as well as through the protective cases they were in.The charge status indicator is bright and clear, the red and green status lamp is easily visible.The unit arrived with the cells dissipated and took a whole night to charge but after this the charging was fast.In my every day use I end up charging my phone wirelessly, a Samsung A6 and a Samsung Tab 4 while at work and the unit never drops below 50 percent even when the other devices are charged from next to flat.The build is compact and sturdy, all in it is a robust and adaptable charger/power bank.A second was bought for a family member .Previous low star reviews did not reflect my experiences with this unit and I believe the issue with charging of the phones is down to the type used and not the charger/power bank.

The concept design is actually ok but that's the only compliment I can offer.1. iPhone 8 won't charge when stood vertically on the stand. Only charges if placed horizontally.2. When a caseless iPhone 8 is placed flat on the charger, and the power bank is turned on, the phone will begin to charge however this will not last long. the phone lights up to show the charger has been disconnected and the barley visible LED indicator starts blinking red/green.3. The unit feels hollow and weak.4. The stand is an utter faff to deploy and serves next to no purpose if the phone cant is placed upon it vertically.5. I contacted the seller for assistance and the response was feeble one and seems to have been translated by google translate. I contacted the seller via two different means and reply was very similar if not exactly the same, giving me the feeling it was an automated response.6. When attempting to return the item my local post office declined the package due to the dangerous nature of the item. I contacted amazon who said try DLH. Time is money amazon. A wasted trip to the post-office is a waste of time!fact that the phone won't charge in portrait move when using the stand.

I bought 4 of these for my family as gifts, they don't charge well at all, very slow compared to others I have purchased, when I try the USB with loads to charge it is hit and miss if they actually work. I would not recommend this at all s they are useless. I will have to purchase others now.

Not really charge to slow just waste my money .please don't sell this king of product.
