Note: in case of rain, water pockets may form.We therefore recommend that you install the sail with a slope of at least 20%.Installation: The sail is made stable by the strap that is sewn in the entire way around. Quality
Really good quality and lovely and thick material. We lucked out with this as had the posts put in without considering the shade shape and the usual wouldn't fit. This is perfect.

Sent a damaged and soiled one. Seemed great otherwise.
When I opened the packaging, I noticed the sail was poorly folded, as if it had been previously opened and stuffed back in the bag. The sail was severely creased, so I figured it warranted closer inspection. Sure enough, I found some purple/pink staining and some brown scuff marks. In addition, I found a 1cm rip/cut in the fabric, which would almost certainly get bigger with every gust of wind. Plus, there were only 2 securing ropes for a triangular sail - I'm guessing there should be 3. Very annoying that we had to wait 4 days for it to arrive (even though it was in stock and we are Prime members), now have to send it back and wait another 4 days for the replacement to arrive. Hopefully the replacement will be an unopened, unused product. Also waiting for a larger, square sail from the same supplier, which is out of stock, so wait time is 10 days. :-(Overall, rather disappointing, as the product itself seems well made, has good tough stitching to the seams, and sturdy D-rings at the corners.
