I have several rolls, 5 of which have a space that respects the line of the spine. In my specific case, this one is by far the most effective. Every time I use it, it puts my back back in place impeccably and the pain goes away... not permanently, but for a long time. All I have to do is use it again to get my back pain free.I am very satisfied with this roller and I recommend it even if it is quite expensive. In my case, in one week it paid for itself.I read some comments that suggested replacing the wheels with higher ones. On that note, I think the roller would not be as effective if the height of the roller was changed. I'm not sure what I'm saying, but that's my opinion. I bought the blue one and the firmness is just fine with me.

This cost-effective little beast is awesome! The shape of it, and the firm, but somewhat cushioned texture, makes it a fabulous item to have! It is big/wide enough to get the job done effectively, yet at the same time, it is lightweight/thin enough to fit in a suitcase when traveling! Most importantly, if you know how to use it properly, it most definitely gets the job done‼️

at first i was excited to see this unique design roller for my back and hamstrings. it was sturdy and the wheels are well made. But as soon as i try to use it on my back it's not possible to do unless you are really fit. and hamstring roll i have to hold myself up on the side it not comfort. so this product maybe great for those in shape. for me i'm overweight and it not for me.

The design is perfect for targeting the sore muscles and tissue along the spine and you can use your weight to decide the pressure. I have scoliosis and have worked out for 27 years and this devise softens and relieves my sore tissue like a deep tissue massage. It is my new best friend!

My back always hurts and this roller cracks everything. I use it legit everyday. Worth every penny!!!

I was first introduced to this shape with the wooden maxie backsie and let me tell you that was a firm roller! But this iteration is a bit larger and easier to use. It is a bit gentler being made of a rubber material, and the fact it’s a bit larger helps for those more muscular fellas. Between this and a hard foam roller you’d be just about set all you’ll need is an inversion table and if it’s really bad you can always go back to the rolfer or massage therapist or chiro, but with this you’ll find you can maintain those muscles and achieve maximum mobility!
