I purchased this to have in combination with my sea moss but I am sure if I really need it. I have not found a need to use it often as the sea moss does the trick. My energy levels are so great with the sea moss.

It works well but it has a sea taste still. I would recommend this company washing off the sea taste before packaging and selling.I'm not sure if I would buy this product again.
