Not Bad.....
I have a system that I have a h60 water cooler on set up as the manufacture suggests so as to cool my i7-4790 down. (I don't overclock but still want my system to run cool.) To help this out I had added a side case fan that was pulling air out of the case. Unfortunately I only had a 90mm fan to use and it was very loud. I decided to get this 4 pack set and replace the smaller fan with a 120mm one so as to quieten things down and move a bit more air. I figured this set would give me a few spare fans if I needed them. I got them in and opened up the package and the first thing I noticed was the multi-style power plug that they came with. So if you need to plug them into the MB then you have a plug that will work and if you need to take the power off an older style HD power cable then you can. I also noted that each fan came with four mounting screws to use for attaching these to the frame. Again a very good touch here. So I pulled up my main system and opened her up. After taking out the old fan and doing a bit of drilling to get the new screw holes right, I mounted one on the side of my case cover where the old fan had been. I needed to provide a fan cover screen as the H60 water cooler tube were just a bit to close to the side of the case and that made sure they wouldn't get into the fan blades when replacing the cover. After getting the done and doing a bit of dusting out while I was act it, I hooked the fan up and put the case cover back on. I then cranked her back up, and at first, thought the new fan wasn't running as I couldn't hear anything. I placed my hand over the vent and could feel hot air venting from the case. I then opened up an app I use for checking case and CPU temps to see what they looked like. I noted a 2 to 3c lower temp on the MB sensor so moving a bit more air seems to have helped some with the added benefit that the system ran quieter. Not bad for the small cost and time it took. Not a bad fan at all.

I really like this fan.
I have 4 of the 140MM version and 2 of the 120MM version. They are more quiet than cheap generic fans. I am still not completely sold on PWM controlled fans but these do work well and I've always been very happy with Rosewill products. If you don't control the speed of these fans they will make noise but not quite as much as cheaper fans at the same speed. They are great for the money. There are probably a couple fans out there that don't make as much noise at the same speed but in my experience the difference between the top ten fans is barely perceptible so in my opinion there's really no reason to spend more money on fans unless you are going for the absolute highest order of ultra quiet builds for fun or just to see if you can do it. Otherwise, get these fans and save a lot of money. They come with rubber mounting fasteners that will not work in the very large holes that are made to have rubber isolators/bushings fit into the holes. You can still use regular steel screws with these fans.

Good, a little loud, no clearance mounted in pull
I used these in as a pull on a radiator because, well, there was room for it and not regular 25mm fans. They seem to do pretty well, considering they're not high static pressure fans, and they're on a slim 28mm rad, but I wanted all the airflow I could get. They're a little loud, but I expected them to be because they're 15mm. One thing that's strange, is I had to use a few washers on them because the blades were hitting the radiator mounted in a pull. They would rattle against the fins unless I added a washer inbetween the radiator and the fan. This will be a pain in the ass when I have to take the fans off, and I'm guaranteed to lose a few washers. I don't know if they just weren't meant to be mounted in a pull configuration, but this was easily the biggest negative. I'm not too happy I need washers to make it work properly. If you need 15mm fans, your options are pretty limited, but these are ok for the price. Just don't plan on mounting them in a pull.

These fans are worth the price if you are looking ...
These fans are worth the price if you are looking for something basic. I installed them in a case that only had two other case fans. Using two as intakes on a side panel and two as exhausts on the top, I was able to reduce temperatures while under load for excessive periods of time by up to 20° F, results may vary obviously... They are also fairly quiet at 100% speed, most of the noise coming from the air moving through the vent holes in the case. This pack comes with self-tapping screws for each fan. It isn't a daunting task or anything for the mechanically inclined. I suggest you screw them in before installing the fans to your case, you will have a much easier time. Take care with how much force you use when tightening them so you don't rip the threads out. One thing to note is, these self-tapping screws do not have a very large diameter head compared to the screw, after tapping the holes I had to use the screws that came with my case to mount the fans. Otherwise the fans would simply just fall off because the screw head wasn't large enough to hold them in place. Another thing is that you will probably want some rubber grommets if they are not already on your case (they do not come in this pack) so that you can get a snug fit and no vibration noise.Package includes:4 120mm fans with 3 pin and molex plugs4 bags of self-tapping screws for each fan

Extremely quiet, understated, and affordable!
These fans were exactly what I needed: 2 pack, 140mm, 4-pin PWM, and most importantly...solid black with no RGB rainbow puke. My goal was to max out fan capacity for a clean black/white budget build in a Lian Li LANCOOL 205M case, and these were the only fans I could find on Amazon that fit the qualifications stated above. At this point, fans are fans...don't overthink them. They were easy enough to install with a bit of force and actually came with screws (though I would recommended buying extra just to have). These are extremely clean (talking to you Noctua), cheap, and functional, and are going to be perfect for most people!

Circulates air well in my sound booth
I’m a professional audiobook narrator. In order to keep floor noise low, I need a quiet fan, but I also need to breathe. This fan is almost silent and keeps air circulating well. It’s excellent, especially at this price point.
