Rockingham Forge Essentials 8000 Series 5” Tomato Knife with Classic Riveted Pakkawood Handles and Full Tang Construction, Stainless Steel Blades

I really like the feel of the wood in the handle of these knives.

Well made (in China) to a high standard. Steel appears to be good. The edge is good for vegetables and fruit like tomatoes; I'm not so sure about it as a regular bread knife because of the short length.I did need to polish the tang/handle with micromesh to remove a very (very) slight 'edge' that wasn't silky smooth; but it wasn't an issue, just 'bedding-in'.Seems to be very good quality and it suits me ergonomically.

I ordered this to replace the Large bread knife that came with my knife set. Perfect size for cutting french and Italian bread loaves. Matches my knife set also.
