The chair is very easy for assembler with the instruction and the tools supplied. It looks beautiful and comfort, the chair moved smoothly, and easy to adjust the chair back and chair height. This is my second chair purchased from Cedric, their service is even better.

The chair looks nice, is reasonably comfortable for the price, but the headrest slowly falls over after putting it up. It'll stay up for about 5 minutes before tipping down. I tried tightening everything but that's not the issue. Trying to decide if I want to return it over this or not.

I bought one of these for my office a few years back and love it. Bought another for home office recently and although the chair itself if comfortable the base seems to be wrong, the wheels don't fit properly in the base and they don't roll. It is very hard to use so I've given up. I can't return it because I don't have the box anymore so I just wasted my money.

Apart from the delayed shipping which i’m sure was not the manufacturers fault, it’s an overall great chair. For the price, this chair is perfect for tall and heavier people, relatively easy to assemble, organized screws and a guide for which screw goes where.

There were a few things wrong with this chair - it seemed really cheap for how much I paid. There were weird parts errors that weren't that bad, just strange - arrows were upside down and the colors for different parts of the plastic were slightly different shades. I had to return the chair after assembling most of it because one of the wheels wouldn't fit into the socket of the wheel ring.

I got a chair with misaligned arm rests. On was closer to the back and one was farther from back. The overall quality is not good. I would not recommend this for long hours of work.

Seems like a sturdy chair. Rolls nicely and plenty of adjustment settings.
