Do not waste your money ! It might actually have 30 pages of material if your lucky.They have even numbered the blank pages through the bookI wrote papers for class that were longer.I couldn't tell you about what's in the book cause I immediately sent it back without reading any of it .Seriously ,I mean it's nothen to it ,it's like a pamphlet .I would of given it zero stars but I that wasn't an option.

very good book break down is ok
